The HR Ledger is AiSearchEngine™'s agent audit dashboard — a private, per-user ledger that records every task the AI assistant performs on your behalf, so nothing the system does is invisible to you.

What It Records

• Task ledger — every agent task with its full input, output, status, and timing, grouped by task type.
• Error transparency — failed tasks show their exact error message; failures are never silently discarded.
• Approvals queue — tasks that require your explicit sign-off wait in a pending-approval list until you act on them.
• Memory cells — the facts the assistant learns about you automatically as you chat, each individually viewable and deletable ("Forget this").

Privacy Model

The ledger is strictly user-scoped: every entry belongs to your signed-in account, and no other account can read or reference it. This is the operational counterpart of the deterministic guarantees described in the Framework Codex — auditable internal state, per-user, at all times.
